Our mission is for you to say our candidate was “suitable for interview’ whether or not you offer them the position.
We do not want to waste your time and resources. We want to help you find great employees and give people who have the skills and attributes to enter the workforce but are just not getting the opportunity.
We are keen to build long term relationships with employers that are willing to ‘Take A Chance On Us’ and help people attain their goals and move forward.
We tend to help fill entry level positions across all sectors, but also source suitable interview candidates for many other roles. air you are looking for an employee or volunteer we want to talk to you and support this process… we will not put forward candidates we do not feel would be suitable for interview.

Our service is free of charge. We are a not for profit community interest company that works to help people and the wider society.
