WHAT WE DO

We work with businesses and jobseekers to help inspire people into employment and provide businesses with suitable candidates for interviews. 

LONG TERM CHANGE

Established in 2017 by Trevor Saunders BEM we have initiated several projects to benefit individuals and the community. (See History)

Our main focus has been to help people overcome challenges and support them to  move forward into meaningful employment, if that is their goal.

Some of our previous employment initiatives are detailed below.

START UP SATURDAYS

Bringing businesses and job seekers together to talk about the skills required for positions in their sectors whilst learning employment techniques and job hunting techniques.

Working with businesses to give guidance and support to help people set up their own businesses.

FEMININE FRIDAYS

Giving ladies a safe space to grow confidence, make lasting friendships, partake in activities and grow confidence to enter voluntary and paid employment roles.

SUITS YOU

To help jobseekers be ‘interview ready’ and understanding the pressures of cost of living we are delighted to strengthen our relationship with Slater Menswear who have kindly donated us around £60k of interview suits and clothing, this is in addition to the previous £40k worth donated over the last 4 years.

Anyone successfully enrolled in our initiative will be offered a suit for their interview and if they get the job, they keep the suit !. This has really made a huge difference to peoples esteem and we have successfully helped over 70 people into employment. Thank You Slaters !

We also provide female clothing where available and are currently looking to partner with a retailer to provide a similar offer. (If you have any contacts, please let us know)

We also provide interview haircuts from our friends at Razor Kings in Great Yarmouth and will give food parcels to anyone in need who has successfully enrolled in our initiative and partakes of active employment search.
